 Holiday Rental Intermediaries International

About this report

Holiday rentals include an array of lodging possibilities, which are a part of what is commonly called 'alternative accommodation'. These specifically are not serviced accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, bed & breakfasts or boarding houses, and are normally 'self-catering', and let by the week or even the month. Usually, accommodation in this category does not offer hotel-style features such as a daily maid service, food & beverage service, meeting facilities or package deals combining meals and lodging (half pension, full pension, European plan, American plan, etc).

Designed for travel and tourism professionals, this report provides a unique overview of this growing market. Combining the latest tourism data from the most authoritative sources and Mintel's own unique, independent analysis, it offers a level of market-explanation that can help create focused marketing and shape effective tourism policy at the highest level
