Market Definition
The car plugs market is valued according to the retail selling price (RSP) of spark plugs and glow plugs. Labor charges and wholesale-related revenues are not included. The data relates only to the market for the repair of light vehicles (cars & light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes in weight). Any currency conversions used in the creation of this report have been calculated using constant 2006 annual average exchange rates.
For the purposes of this report, Europe is defined as comprising France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.
